Shipping policy

Shipping Times and Destinations:

  • We currently ship only within the USA.
  • Shipping and handling cost is standard per order based on destination.
  • Items will be processed within 1 business days of the order being placed.
  • Certain products may require additional processing time before shipping. If, for any reason, you do not receive your order, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. 
  • If any item goes out of stock, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment immediately.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on location, shipment method, carrier and other factors.

PO Boxes: 

  • ORDERS SHIPPED TO PO BOXES MAY BE CANCELED, AS OUR SHIPPING PROVIDERS DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES.

Damaged Packages/Products:

  • Purchases of products through https://www.candyboxusa.com are subject to a third-party carrier services. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products pass to you upon the carrier's receipt of the package. Candy Box USA is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage after the carrier receives the package.
  • Claims for damaged products will be covered by the carrier's insurance, if applicable, and customers must submit their claims through the carrier's website, as all damages are to be handled through the selected carrier service, which the customer agrees to when using our services.

We cannot be held responsible for any temperature-related damages that occur during shipping. Please refer to our return policy for information on returns and damages.
